We believe in offering quality products you can depend on. We stand behind our lighting fixtures and accessories with a 5-Year Warranty. This warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Important Note:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Below you will find the details of what our warranty covers, how to make a claim, and any exceptions that may apply.
What Our 5-Year Warranty Covers
- Unexpected Electrical or Mechanical Failures: If your lighting fixture stops working due to a defect in its electrical or mechanical components (e.g., wiring, internal circuitry, LED drivers, etc.), we will repair or replace the item.
- LED Module and Bulb Defects: Should the integrated LED module or included bulb fail prematurely or display inconsistent performance (e.g., flickering, dimming unexpectedly, or not turning on), we will provide a suitable replacement or repair at our discretion
- Defective Parts: If your product exhibits faults such as incorrect assembly, loose or improperly installed components, or other manufacturing errors, we will address the issue promptly through repair or replacement.
- Structural Integrity: Should any part of the fixture’s construction (e.g., metal housing, plastic or glass casing) fail or break under normal conditions due to poor workmanship, it is covered under this warranty.
- Power Supplies and Drivers: Faulty or malfunctioning power supply units or LED drivers are covered if they stop functioning correctly under regular usage.
- Wiring and Connectors: If the internal wiring or connectors exhibit a defect that leads to product failure or unsafe operation, we will correct or replace them as needed.
- Flickering or Dimming: In the event that flickering, dimming, or other performance issues become evident due to a covered fault, we will repair or replace the fixture.
- Overall Light Output: If you experience a significant reduction in light output (beyond typical depreciation for LEDs over time) attributable to an internal product fault, this warranty ensures appropriate remedial action.
What Our 5-Year Warranty Does Not Cover

Normal Wear and Tear
Minor cosmetic issues such as surface scratches, colour fading, or other naturally occurring changes that happen over time are not covered. -
Improper Installation or Maintenance
Damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper wiring, or using the product in conditions not recommended by the manufacturer (e.g., outdoor use for an indoor-rated fixture) is excluded. -
Misuse, Abuse, or Alterations
Any product that has been modified, tampered with, or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose will not be covered. -
Acts of Nature or External Factors
Damage from power surges, lightning strikes, floods, or other natural disasters and external factors is not covered.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Assessment
We will assess the reported problem - sometimes this can be done remotely (through photos or videos) or it may require returning the product for inspection. -
Repair or Replacement
If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, repair the faulty item or replace it with a same or comparable product. -
Shipping or Service Costs
Depending on the nature of the claim, you may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the defective product to us. However, if it is deemed a covered defect under this warranty (and/or the Australian Consumer Law), we will cover the return shipping of the repaired or replaced item.

- This 5-Year Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the date of purchase.
- Please retain your proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) for the warranty to be valid.
